Shipping policies

All orders will be shipped to the address listed at the time of payment. Address changes cannot be made after the order is placed. 

Tracking information will be available for each and every package that is shipped. In the event an item is seemingly lost in transit, we will wait 15 mailing days (from the shipment date) prior to beginning a research investigation with the mailing authority. If the package is deemed lost by the postal service itself, replacement items will be issued (please allow 7 business days for the research to take place).

PLEASE NOTE: Mimi Made it IS NOT responsible for delivery delays caused by the carriers (USPS, UPS etc) and NO refunds will be issued to customers if their order is delayed by the carrier as long as Mimi Made it has transferred the package to the carrier and the tracking number is showing that the package is with the carrier.

If the order is returned to Mimi Made it and marked as “incorrect address” by the shipping authority, and it was shipped to the address you provided, you will be responsible for the cost to have the items reshipped out. You must provide an updated (correct) mailing address prior to reshipment.
